Healing after an injury

I broke my wrist a year ago. I did the whole doctor and then physical therapy thing. I was told that there would always be some pain and a higher risk for arthritis. While I understand that that is how it is once you are past your teenage years with healing, I can't help but hope someone here may have ideas or suggestions for me. I spend a lot of time meditating and stretching. Can anyone recommend anything else to try?

I like to draw on the earth's energy to heal myself. In conjunction with professional health care of course.I imagine the energy coming up from the earth and through the soles if my feet. I let it fill me up and restore me, mentally and physically.

Yoga, coconut oil, and a healthy diet. That's really all you need. My mom is a holistic doctor so I've learned a thing here and there. Look into organic produce and products too.

I would recomend looking into Reiki and Sympathetic magick. My local metaphysic shop has classes for Reiki. Sympathetic magick can be done with poppets, candles, etc. There are some cheap books for it on Amazon as well as being able to look up pdfs for it too. Some herbs can be used topically, burnt, and maybe even stuffed into a poppet as you would in a sachet. So those might give you some ideas. I hope you are able to find ways to ease your pain! :)

that really sucks friend. whenever I get hurt, either it be an open wound or muscle pain, I use my energy to calm the pain, alleviating the stress of the wound and allowing my body to heal it faster than normal. I've done this for years. seeing the great progress of normal regeneration taking 3 days, to regeneration taking a day/ overnight. some pain is left over some times, but it'a not a bug deal as the major part is finished.
