Weeks ago I received a message in here for assistance in feeding because he is a vampire and he saw that by looking into his inner self, sadly he did not know the ritual and what to feed on.
I personally do not believe it is possible to be born a vampire. Even transform to one via a spell. Though I came across some information's about "psychic vampires" who feed on human energy, depending on the kind, including random disturbance and human emotions. [There were comparations of them to Empaths as well that absorbs energy from others] I also came to understand their existence as well on the astral plane.
Question: Are they real? [Those people who you come across while walking when you suddenly feel drained]
Yes they are, hope you don't mind but I'm posting 2 techniques for anyone who comes over looking for some.
1) The simplest and most common method for vampirism would be the tendril method where you push out a tendril shaped...tendril from your aura and stick it inside theirs, absorbing their energy that way.
2) Send your aura to envelope the victim and use it to vampirize them by seeping in their energy like a sponge and assimilating their energy to yours, ensuring that the energy is flowing to you instead of them. This method can be harder depending on how much more energy you have as compared to the victim.
Full disclosure here, I'm not energy deficient so if anyone ask's for more techniques, know that they'll be suited to those that simply want more energy instead of needing it.
Also, cleansing the energy is important to prevent further troubles which is why after vampirizing, you must assimilate their energy to you by "willing" the foreign energy to turn into your energy, maybe by forcing your individual frequency on it or something else.
Other than that, filter's are also necessary to prevent absorbing the more harmful energies and programmings (if you vampirize someone enough, you can start developing their habits and such), I myself prefer to prevent all the programming from entering and transfer all energy to pure energy when its coming in.
You can do this by creating an astral shield around you to absorb all the programming in the energy and prevent the harmful energies from entering.
If you're using the aura method then you'll need this to be inbetween your aura and theirs.
