Are tools needed while using a spell?tools like robes needed?or is the required things in the spell is enough? ?

The importance of spell ingredients and other accoutrements is all based upon association. Some traditions call for certain ritual tools and/or clothing, and some do not. In my opinion the most important aspect is understanding why.

Some people, even independent of a tradition's requirement, choose a robe or other specific things which they only use while practicing because it created a subconscious association with a state of mind related to the work at hand.

Is it absolutely needed? Perhaps not. But if you choose to do so, there is certainly nothing wrong with it. It may even be beneficial in your practice.
