What I'm Doing

So I'm working out to get into shape, flatten my belly. Been doing a few wish spells to help me achieve a flat stomach too. If anyone has any other advice for me, please send it to me via mail. Really trying to flatten my stomach.

Moreso than spellwork, I think physical work is the key here you're looking for. Exercise and good nutrition shape the body: if you are not doing either of these to the proper extent, spellwork will not aide you to the desired effect you're wishing to see.

If it helps you motivation, that's awesome! It seems practicing helps motivate you, which is great! You could think of working out as a way to generate and hone your energy (I have plenty of friends who work out for that sole reason). Finish your work out with some meditation to keep mind and body aligned. It'll result in you keeping your weight lost goals while increasing and training your energy.

Magick might not be able to help you lose the weight you seek, but you can use your hard work to disciple yourself magickally.

you might wish to look into nutrition. figure out how many calories you need, and while you shouldn't eliminate foods, you might want to stay away from snack foods, junk foods, fast food, and anything with the word 'diet' in the name. as well as sugar. [and watch out for drinking calories. the sugar in those drinks hits your body faster and doesn't burn the same so they're usually stored as fat]

spell wise a wish spell [or a daily affirmation] can help to motivate, but don't dwell. it sounds crazy, but if you obsess you can stress your body and store fat.

one last point, be sure to record your measurements as well as weight. you might gain a few pounds, but that weight is most likely muscle so while the scale could say a higher number, the measuring tape shows you've lost an inch here and there.
