I took a trip to the crossroads recently and experienced something interesting to say the least. At the time I was in a very heightened state of mind. I felt like I was in a gray area of sorts. Without going into too much detail, I will say that a door opened up to me. To me the door represented infinite possibilities. I ended up not walking through that door, but can't help but wonder where that door led. I feel as if the door was owned by a strong entity, but I'm not sure who as they didn't show themselves (in my mind because I didn't take the opportunity to enter). I'm also very new to these concepts and magic in general so I'm not sure who are what this door belonged to. I know somewhere deep down that this will not be the last time this door opens up to me, and next time I think I'm going to walk through and see what it offers. I'm posting this hoping to see weather anybody has experienced anything similar and to gain some insight on what happened. Thanks for taking the time to listen to my story.
This could be many things but the best bet is that what you experienced was astral projection. As of who/what the door belongs to, I haven't the slightest clue. You might have to find that alone.
He could have been asleep and thought he was awake was what I was thinking. Because it is awfully strange to be feeling that way and also to see a door in the middle of the road.
The answer to possible entities depends on your beliefs I guess as demons have been depicted as being summoned at crossroads in various stories & songs. I believe in demons but I take the crossroads deals with a grain of salt myself. Then you have Hecate who is the Greek goddess of crossroads and of magick. The crossroads or a fork in the road is a strong symbolic place if you think about it as if can symbolize how your decisions fork off into many possible futures. I believe you may have had a vision of how you have endless possibilities before you if you will reach out for them.
I know that astral projection happens when you're somewhat conscious but it dosen't work that way. Maybe because I was tired I read it incorrectly and am reading it a waynobody else would.
