I occasionally get a buzzing/ringing in my ear which vibrates right through my head, every single time this happens I end up having night terrors and the feeling of a dark presence.I know this sounds crazy but one of the times I even levitated off the bed with the dark entity hovering over me, I could not move or speak out but I was most definitely awake and fully aware of my surroundings. What did it want from me? I think I accidently invited it in. Nobody believes me, they say it was a nightmare (I was fully awake!) I have had this most of my life.. it goes away for a while but always comes back.

Most people throughout their lives experience the ringing in a singular ear, however, if it happens overly frequently, moves to both ears, gets overly loud, or doesn't subside, then you will need to see a doctor.
You may think you were awake, but levitation is not possible, have you ever considered it to be a dream within a dream, for instance when you dream of waking up and going about your day when in reality you are still asleep dreaming about being awake.
The inability to move or speak while lying in bed, sensing a negative presence is often caused by sleep paralysis, it is very unlikely that there is any negative presence with you, it is your body reacting to a threat when there isn't one, causing your mind to overprocess information and can cause halucinations,if this happens very frequently then a trip to the doctor may be advised as there are methods of reducing their frequency.
I am in no way trying to nullify your experiences, only trying to give you alternatives, most of the time there is a mundane or medical reasoning behind sensations, and these should always be thought of and ruled out before moving onto the magickal reasons.
Thank you for your reply, Although I came on here hoping for an open-minded opinion. People that have had experiences with spirits. I have watched documentaries on sleep paralysis (after having people tell me it could be that) and it does not have enough significant scientifical evidence to explain why millions of people throughout thousands of years have experienced seeing and feeling the same things. Many people who have experienced strange entities which people like to call "sleep paralysis" believe there is more to it. I have been to the doctor already and had a full ear/health check just to be sure. I just thought I would try to get some answers besides the ones I've already studied and debunked
If you feel or doubt as if such are due to some demon, perhaps why not try over with prayers to Lord Jesus Christ or some Angels like St. Michaels (Mighty Protector) or sprinkling holy water around before sleep.
What I guess about your case is that you might have got under some psychic or spiritual advancement because similar experiences: Ringing Sounds, Sleep Paralysis, Nightmares..etc.. are mostly common experiences for peoples (except the levitation part)
it sounds like a demon you might have invited it in but I could have come in on its own free will it might also be another kind of entity like shadow people but exorcising you live is probably a good course of action spiritual entities can do things like levitate people because they don't have to obey the laws of physics of this universe
When it entered my room I would always feel a dark energy, I would on many occasions over the years see it in the reflection of the tv or in the corner of my eye (my body would go numb & the only part of my body I could move was my eyes) Its presence had the most horrific sound in the background (similar to the sound of the tv going fuzzy) the sound would drill right through my head, other times it would whisper in my ear but I could never understand the language. A few occasions I'd be lost in my own world just listening to music on my earphones and I would feel it standing behind me breathing on my neck and the music would start making strange muffled sounds. It didn't like me seeing it, but it liked it's presence to be known, It was a dark shadow with a blurred face.
