I would leave this event alone magick related. You would mess with one's free will. Just talk to him.

@thatrandomgu
how would a person make another more confident to talk to him or her? Looking at them? Smiling? Standing close. Maybe say hi and initiate conversation?

For love, there is nothing more satisfying than to know that you are loved because of who you are. (With how you dress up, style your hair, and most especially how you interact with people). If you are being true to yourself. People will likely fall for you even more. Although love alone or its feeling may sometimes not be enough, you should try to take things a bit slow and see if it exist. (What exists?!) That thing called: Chemistry.

Here is my tip for you: (Normal Behavior) Boys tend to be more often close to the people they have interest on. Silence does not normally mean in one's own comfort zone. In silence, there are a lot of things to see. And inspiration is one that comes by doing it, and that is through observation. (if you know where you should be looking! :P)

Words can be the start of a disaster. But since this is just the beginning, when words are placed at the right spot, if it was really meant to be. Everything will just be magical. And before you know it, you will start talking casually. Now. Isn't this better than the 10 seconds talk?! Take it slow. I know ladies can be a bit more daring than men. Girls than boys, if you do not want to lose a second any further, give him a boost! It is a big move, though the world isn't getting smaller than it all ready is.

Anything is possible with just a simple: Hello! :)
