I believe it's citrine, but I'm not entirely sure. I would really like to know since it has a natural groove that makes it into a worry stone and it really gives off nice positive energy

Doesn't look like citrine to me (and I have a lot of citrine), more like sardonyx , a cloudy stone with waves and splodges of orange and cream.

Of course that is only what I can assume from this angle, others probably have other opinions. .
