Help plz

Hello I have just started medium ship, or more specifically Clairaudience, I have done all the meditation and talked to a spirit guide, I have also done some exercise. I have only been able to hear faint noises and inaudible whispering, is there any way to get stronger messages

Just keep doing it.

Also, if you speak with specific entities try to enforce the link, by getting their correspondences, giving offerings, opening gateways, connecting with the entity through meditation, getting visual impressions first, raising energy, etc.

By all means, take your pick.

Stuff like this is why people do things like possession and blood sacrifice. To open the right gateways, and have the right contact.

practice, practice, practice.

meditation isn't a 'well, i meditated for a week, now i'm done forever' deal. it's something you should do for the rest of your life. the more you do it, the better you will become, and soon those whispers will become clearer. you might also wish to look into balancing your chakras [start from the root up, going from the crown down or in any random order can bring negative effects]
