Forgetting memory

Recently I found several magic in this site are talking about erasing memory.
The procedure is including:
1.) Wirte MY SECRETE on the paper
2.) Light black candle

So, does it work?

No. There is nothing you can do to erase a memory.

you can't erase memories with magic, although with meditation, it is possible to surpress certain memories, these memories are generally painful emotional or physical for those who suppress memories subconsciously

So the only solution is to suppress memory instead of erasing memory?

Learn and practice Hypnotism, this is the best idea in my opinion

Suppression of a memory may not be a healthy decision. Coping and recovery are better options if the memory is traumatic. Acceptance is better if the memory is not.

You cannot change the past. It affects you but you do not have to live in it.

Not only do I agree with Asta, but not one spell will change your mind or body. I am not talking about making you believe in something. I'm talking about being able to change into creatures you weren't born as and things you are trying to forget, the only advice I have with what you are looking for is: Do not think about it, if it's a bad memory find good energy and remember good ones. You would only bring negative energy by remembering bad memories and keeping your mind in a bad situation, it can also lead to you thinking about it constantly if you don't get your mind off of it, instead. Make a few friends and get better memories to wash those bad ones away.
