need help

Im posting this for a friend, she's too scared to ask because of the response she got when she asked for help. We need help finding out if her friend, magiciscool is ok. We are still beginners and dont know if there is a way to find her magically, and if so, how to do it. If there are any casters online willing to help, we would both gladly appreciate it.
