if you cannot meditate properly in certain time then perhape you should consider picking a suitable time and places.
-Centuring and shielding my self with a protection psychic or natrual energy shield, in case if someone is blocking you
-call an entity to clear your chakras for you
- meditate early in the morning as our mind is in good state of relaxing/condition.
- clear doubts as your unscious mind will be effected, if you give out a negative then there more possibility that yiu will get a negative result/outcome.
- listen to meditation music at the background, i usually listen to natrual music as it make me stable with earth and helps me meditate easily but everyone has it own method, so try whatever works for you.
- drink planty of water, try to relax your mind and muscle, go for a walk so therefore you mind can find peace from the stuff or thought that is bothering you. And try to be patience.
Try Breathing through your nose and breathing out through your mouth. You can also try other methods that is available so be postive when meditating :-)
