Given both your name and your profile image are of the TV show Charmed, I am assuming that you are looking for a spell to give you their powers, such as freezing time, exploding things, premonition etc..
In the real world, you cannot get these powers, they are fantasy.
Television shows such as "Charmed" are fantasy and have nothing to do with real magic. While they may be very entertaining please don't believe that there is something such as that in the real world.

anyway, like everyone said, these abilities do not exist in reality. Charmed is a fantasy show to entertain people. if it was the least bit accurate about real magick you would be most likely bored stiff. real magick is subtle, takes time, and works with nature. there's a lot of meditating and waiting. when you cast a spell you won't see instant results, time won't stop, sparks won't appear, you won't fly, or teleport, or anything. real magick is rather similar to prayer [and you know how interesting watching a prayer group is] you close your eyes, say some words [maybe light a candle or mix some herbs together] and that's the spell. nothing special, nothing tv worthy. this isn't to say the magick isn't real and it's not powerful, but it is the total opposite of Charmed. if you would like some book recommendations to learn about real magick, we'd be more than happy to help, but Charmed magic will never be real.
The only thing even remotely possible from that show is looking in to the future. Its nothing like in the show tho and its not very realistic to get "visions". Doing things like tarrot cards or using pendulum or casting runes or palm reading you can get certain info and some people are in tune enough with their intuition enough to get some gut feeling type stuff but you won't like suddenly see something except some will see stuff in their dreams I am skeptical about the dreaming part tho.
The future isn't set in stone and its always changing so even those methods are perfect.
You asked this in coven but you weren't as open about it. I would suggest either taking a look at the basics thread here in the public forums or in our coven forums and other such before you think about anything like trying to see the future or anything else.
I think about the flashiest stuff in magick is prolly astral projection and remote viewing.
The only possible-true ability from Charmed is the ability to predict future. Charm is a very nice show, from my favorite ones. However it's fantasy and these kind of abilities do not exist in the true world, I'm very sorry. I know it doesn't sound cool; when I was a newbie I actually thought I could turn my self to a mythical creature..I was trying to turn my self to a merman. I tried a lot of spells to become one and none of them worked.
I studied how magick worked later and through experience I understood these fantasy spells don't work. I was feeling a bit of sadness at first, but later I was okay when I learnt to accept that magick does not work like that and it never will. When I learnt all these mythical creatures exist in astral world I got more excited...
Study the true, spiritual paths (all magick is spiritualism) and not the wrong ones..you'll be amazed, I promise.
