Goddess/God

Hi, I'm reaching out to someone and I know that there is someone that is able to assist me, my problem is I've come across a situation that is bothering me because I am starting an attempt to reach out to the Goddess/God by doing a seven day ritual at around moon rise and around sun rise and this is my second day but I found out that the moon isn't going to rise tonight, so do you have any ideas on what I might be able to do instead?

The moon rises every 24 hours, just check to see when it may happen where you are. It may rise during the day rather than at night...but it does rise every day.
