what do they mean?

A symbol just appeared on my window at night where I live its cold right now so the Windows get alot of condensation my husband boy fed a circle on the window in the middle of the night and thought maybe the kid did it so he wiped it away but after he wiped it away about 30 minutes later the condensation can get back on the window and the circle was there again so my husband woke me up and asked if I put a nice symbols on the window I told him no way and when I looked it was a perfect circle with 7 curved lines starting from the top to the middle of the circle so that the bottom half looks like a crescent moon but a little bit thicker if anyone can help tell me what this symbol means or if it's good or bad it would really appreciate it I've tried to wipe it off and it still comes back every night but only when the condensation is on the window
