I have learn how to meditate. When I finish my meditation, and open my eyes, I feel a bit tired or refreshed, more connected to the room around me and lack of emotions. By that I mean I don't feel nothing, just a feeling of peace and nothingess.
Many people say through meditation you can improve your psychic abilities. I want mostly to improve my abilities of hearing and sensing spirits...but how will I do that through meditation? What meditation techniques should I excersise?
