The ESP or paranormal experiences include i) telepathy or communication between two geographically separated persons, outside the range of sensory organs; ii) clairvoyance or knowledge of hidden objects or events occurring outside the physical reach of the person and iii) precognition or knowledge of future events that can not be predicted or inferred from the available information. Examples of PK would include poltergeist phenomenon and paranormal healing.
I am not intending to cause confusion or an ongoing debate, but I shall break this down.
The article clearly states, The ESP or paranormal experiences include ... This means that the article is stating that paranormal experiences is another way people call ESP which includes three different forms/areas that are considered extrasensory perception (ESP) or also known as paranormal experiences, such as telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, etc. In my first response I stated, Things that may fall under the line of extrasensory perception are seeing the future, reading into one's past, etc. No where does it state that I proclaim reading the future to be the same as telepathy. I said may fall under which means that those forms are categorized under the term extrasensory perception by definition and by the psychologist, J. B. Rhine, who adobted the term himself. I had explained extrasensory perception because that is what telepathy falls under. The reason why it falls under it is because telepathy is a method of obtaining information beyond the usage of the five senses which is how & what extrasensory perception works & means.
I am; however, willing to look at the possibility if any sort of government/federal organizations is willing to perform studies about topics such as this with some logic behind it. If we want to get into some more details, it is the fluffs and the movies that have been proclaiming it as a way of reading someone's mind "word from word" which, in actuality, is not the case. A lot of the stories relating to telepathy also includes being able to feel another person's thoughts which is a way of communication in this scenario because communication/language does not have to all about words . The definition of telepathy is defined asthe supposed communication of thoughts or ideas by means other than the known senses. Mind-reading is a synomyn to telepathy but no where in the definition does it state that you read the person's thoughts "word by word". This is where I get my own personal standpoint on it.
So no, I do not have difficulty reading the English language as this is how we are explained it in the United States. How much clearer can this even get? The user has deleted his or her account so I see no further point in continuing this discussion unless another question or statement is brought up.

I am sorry for all this discussion that seems to have turned into an argument. I am not trying to insult anybody. I am merely pointing out that the original question was about Telepathy. And yes, Telepathy is a form of ESP. But Telepathy is not Clairvoyance; even though both are ESP.
This has been a misunderstanding of language.

Of course. I agree with you, Brysing. :) That was just my answer to his question with facts and then my opinion stated afterwards. I am sorry for any confusion and misunderstanding as well.

Sorry about that...
My intention is never to cause trouble.

To be honest? I was having kind of a bad day, and I guess I misunderstood the situation.

Really sorry, I just thought you were insulting the guy, and I don't put up with that kind of thing.

I thought that I was doing the right thing, but now I feel kind of bad for saying that... Even though my heart was in the right place.

I hope that we're all okay, and I didn't insult anyone too horribly.

Telepathy from the stance of word for word communication is fairly hard.

Concepts or inserting thoughts isn't as hard. Using the basic concepts of energy perception that go hand in hand with chakras reiki etc one can learn to notice pattern in peoples auras and energy signatures. Disagreement or agreement are fairly easy. As is attraction, repulsion, anger, etc.
