There's also no need to judge a spell simply because it has the traditional "so mote it be" as a new practitioner not knowing what they're doing. And personally I think its great that a newbie would keep a tradition. And I hope that newbie did they're research.
There is no right or wrong way to follow a path. And there is no need to look down on anyone on their own path. Something may work for someone, but may not work for another. To say there's "no need" for repetition, or any other method, is down putting and kind of misleading.
There are numerous ways to release energy. Even without saying any words. It all depends on what the practitioner prefers.

I am not judging anyone, but if that is what you beleive then I will refrain from posting in forums from now on, I don't want to offend anyone.
I was told when I started practicing that So mote it be was an unncessary extra that was added for extra flair. If you deem it to be something useful to you then that is fine, but I do not judge others who use or not use it, all I was stating was that it is not necessary for a spell to rhyme, have words or say "mote it be", I do not want to start any arguments so I will leave.
to be very honest im no where near offended im please to see comments concerns and critique it only helps me get better as a wiccan if either or both of you would do me the honor sharing a couple helpful tips with spell making and casting i would greatly appreciate it u both seem knowledgable enough to for me to gain progression working with forces such as yourself
