AP is something all of us can learn,but the way to do it differs for everybody.
The common base of all techniques is that both your mind and body shall be in a good,relaxed state. However to find the right technique for you,takes many attempts.
This site provides some. Just try each and stick to the one you feel most comfortable with.
Now this is personal,but to me the w.i.l.d. technique was very effective many times. You may want to give it a try.
