To me, i would say no. However, if your wanting a ''symbol of faith'' area or items in your room. Go for it! I have an altar, and an offering bowl with my beliefs&prayers on the wall. But to me, it's all in your heart. So do what you feel is best.

I do have an altar with statues of those deities with whom I have an ongoing relationship. You can see a picture of it in my profile. But whether one chooses to do so or not is really up to the individual and what their personal feelings might be.

if you feel it's good luck you can but it's not necessary. I have a lot of dragon statues but i like them, not because they're pagan. i wear a pentacle necklace and finally have space for a permanent altar, but you don't need one.
it really comes down to personal belief. some follow feng shui when designing a room, others hang crystals for certain energies, some hang dream-catchers by their bed, or places protection symbols by the door. i've even heard some people who believe colour can effect you. if you have a room that's all blue [for example] this could supercharge your throat chakra. [i've read a few scientific studies about colour effects ones mood, so i guess it's possible] but at the end of the day it's whatever you believe in. if you believe a statue brings luck, use it, but don't just clutter your room because 'its a pagan symbol, therefore i need it' too much stuff [i feel] can effect the flow of energy and make you feel bogged down.
