Spell question

Hello, someone has committed an assault upon my daughter which resulted in her getting a concussion, not to mention all the emotional/mental trauma...he was arrested and after months of court dates, he got away with it (first time offender, hired a high priced shark lawyer known for freeing child predators and kidnappers)...it's not even on his record anymore. I need justice for my daughter's sake as well as my own peace of mind...as well as teaching this guy a lesson!! What's wrong with our justice system?? Great thing to teach a young teen girl- assault someone out of anger and get away with it. Someone please recommend a good spell for bringing karma, or justice, or whichever type of spell you recommend, to this beast of a man! Thank you in advance.

I'm so sorry this has happened to your daughter. Under your cirumstances, I would reccomend taking a black candle, a bowl, and a photo if possible. If no photo is available, you could perhaps create a rough sketch from your daughter's memory and use that.

Once you have those three items, lay the photo/sketch in the bowl and light the candle with the intent of cursing him, drowning him in his own misdeeds. Pour the black candle wax over the photo/sketch and visualize this man drowning, suffocating in black tar. Imagine his suffering and send that energy to him. Do not stop dripping the wax on him until the photo/sketch is completely covered. Once you are done, bury the remains of the curse in the offenders direction or on his property. If no direction is known, or he has no property, bury it far away from you.

I hope this helps. Best of luck.

As the previous poster mentioned (great curse by the way), a hex or curse may be the best way to enact justice. Wiccans in particular dislike malevoence in their practice, but plenty of us are fine with it.

After all; witchcraft is a means of power and agency for those whom are oppressed and seek recourse against the abuser and oppressor.

I don't think all Wiccans abide by the law of three. Many practitioners have different ways of viewing curses. Some don't curse at all, while others will throw a curse here or there. Some may even have curses centered around their practice. It all depends on what you think. For example, I think a curse is just a curse. It won't come back to bite you in the butt. But then again, that's my way of seeing things. Always try to keep an open mind about one's veiws.

There a quite a few on site Wiccans that don't make a fuss about casting a curse. Though there are more than " Wiccan " practioners on the site. Just felt the need to clarify that one. Wiccans do have the whole " rule of three " to abide by , not that you should concern yourself much with a Wiccans need to help, but the rule of three would hurt them bad. Especially casting a curse of that level. For you to get proper justice and the " beast" to be properly dealt with, I suggest asking one of the nine Wiccans. I mean no disrespect by this, I'm just concerned for all parties. A Young Witch / warlock might bite of more than they can chew casting something this level. I just want all to be aware of that.
