That translates from Hindi, "now I live I see (the rest is untranslatable)
The egyptain God Ra was the sun God. For a very long time Egypt was pentheistic (many gods) then Akheneton and his wife Nefertiti (most beautiful egyptain lady apparently) tried to change the whole country to monotheistic to the sun ray God, akon, which is entirely different than the sun God Ra. This made the Pharaoh a heretic (one who goes against the national religion)
Who knows maybe this chant stems back to that, but I doubt it because a few of the words stem from the Hindi language which was used mainly in India. Anyways if I were you and I were going to try this, I would make sure to cast a circle and sit on the middle of it. You can make a circle around you out of sage or salt and a blue candle for water east of the circle (you can use a compass to see which way is which) , earth towards north, air towards west and fire towards south with the accompanied colors for the elements. It wouldn't be a bad idea to invoke your God and goddess for protection as well.
