Lately these days I feel really tired, generally. I could sleep 8-9 hours and still feel tired next day. For instance today I took a nap at evening for about 3,5 hours, I woke up at 19:45 (someone else woke me up) now the time is 22:30 and I feel really tired and ready to go to sleep. Today at school I almost sleep at class from tiredness.
I know that there are a lot of factors that could be responsible for that, but I want to see if there is an entity that is feeding of my energy these days. How will I understand it and if there is, how do I banish it from here?
