The thoh chant is an ancient technique and one of the most powerful third eye awakening meditations out there, as the vibration created from the chanting, instantly stimulates the third eye chakra and pineal gland and allow it to open. So if you are ready to open and activate your third eye, then follow these steps of the Thoh chant.
Sit in a comfortable meditation posture with your back straight but relaxed and your legs crossed with your hands resting on your knees. Then take a moment to settle your body by taking three long deep breaths to calm your mind and body and release tension from your body and worries from your mind.
Now, prepare yourself for the chant. To perform the Thoh chant, you will have to breathe in through your nose, then place your tongue between your teeth and purse your lips as you breathe out while chanting Thoh. The emphasis should be on the "th" part, so make it a long thhhhhhhhooooooooh, and let your tongue vibrate in between your teeth, which is only putting a slight pressure on the tongue to keep it in place. For each time you chant, focus on your third eye chakra in the middle of your forehead and feel the vibration from the sound resonating on your forehead.
Chant Thoh 5 times, pausing in between each chant, while you allow the vibration to stimulate your third eye. After your five rounds of chanting, stop the exercise, but practice it for the next 4 days, 24 hours apart.
