1)All i can be sure of when you do meditate ,,, do it at the same time everyday ,,, i meditated once when i just woke up and when i was about to sleep ,, 2 times everyday at the same time for about a hour .
2) You can't astral project without some spirit helping you out on the other side , few have succeeded in projecting alone
3) when you can't move at night/day when your body is relaxed just know everything is going fine
4)at some point you will find your body is heavy(that is the starting point) mostly on your shoulders , and another your body will be free of weight(your then in tune)
5)there are many methods use one which suits you best ,,, GOT'TO'KNOW ,,, once you have started this process you can't stop meditating until you have succeeded have faith you will do it.
