Hello and welcome to SoM.
You should look through the forums and see some articles to find what You want to know more about; my best tip is to learn some of the baics of magic before spellcasting. Also just do a lot of research.
Ps. Most of these are fake and werewolf, vampire, and any other Hollywood movie stuff. (fairies are spirits, but if you find a spell to become a fairy it's impossible, magic can't do that) I hope I helped you out
Figure someone would say that eventually. Kinda figured since I've met a few " magical creatures " . I understand the whole opposition to the focus of such practices. Yet at the same time its more important to focus on whatever works for the caster. I probably will end up delving deeper into the research on this only to prove whether or its possible for me. The people I have in my life who practice magic as practical hold a " suspension of disbelief " if there is some " higher power " that allows for magic as most everyone sees it. What makes anything truly impossible? Suffice to say I'm more curious on testing my own limits. While I do know drastic change and growth in my ability will not just show up, and everyone has limits , I will still pursue the testing of my own abilities. Although I do not have any intention of encouraging others to follow this path. This is my path that I would suggest any others reading this to think about carefully before attempting. Any doubt inside leads to failure in the most minor and mundane of tasks. In the path I follow leads to much criticism and debate and more often than not, without proper viewing, continuous disappointment. Sorry for the whole monologue.
I'd say hi? *chuckles* I'm sorry if it doesn't seem like I take this seriously. I do. However I believe that whether or not there's werewolves vampires or what have you out there, I believe that they'd be a good deal different from common belief. If werewolves, there be, they wouldn't be towering hybrid, or enormous wolves... They'd more likely be a large fairly hairy person, with longer stronger nails than average. Not saying its fake or its non magical. Quite the contrary. Maaaybe werewolves of the past were terrible beasts of great power and shapeshifting. Too many different stories across the world with easy to many similarities to be considered coincidence. Native American skin walkers and Ireland werewolves are quite similar. From what I've gleaned mythos predates to the Vikings and the legendary fenrir. More likely than not you can find even earlier record. However... I'm still pretty confident that at this point they've gotten to the point where they've turned into something more human in nature. They're power though would in my opinion be more likely than not to still exist. And if they really have evolved the way they look, they're ability would evolve too wouldn't it?
