Technically you can forget something like say if you went through something painful from haviny your feelings hurt or painful events. But it doesnt just go away instantly. It takes time to heal those painful wounds. Time is the essence. Even know time itself can hurt while your still thinking about what happened to you.
But yes its best to always think positive and talk to someone about it. Don't let it get to you. Believe me ive been through a lof stress, anxiety, depression and painful emotions this year. I still deal with it on a daily basis. But i feel with time things hopefully will get better. I know you just have to have faith. Even know its hard. Hope things get better for you!
