Sida Rhombifolia
By:
Anyone know the magical properties of Sida Rhombifolia (Arrowleaf Sida)? I recently discovered this beautiful flower/weed going in my yard, and with some research, I've discovered it has several health benefits. However, I can't find anything about magical properties of it. Any information will help. Thank you in advance.

The health benefits are exactly what the magical properties are!
Most of witchcraft/magic is about healing!

You'll find this with several plants, in that esoteric information isn't recorded or is lost. I had the same issue with a large amount of Enchanter's Nightshade (not actually a member of the solanum family) growing in my garden.

Looking at sida's family, malvaceae, it's related to hollyhocks and hibiscus, both of which have associations with dreams and enhancing psychic vision, though hollyhock also has healing elements and hibiscus enhances romantic love, so maybe research sida's relatives and experiment a little with your sida to see what it does for you.

Thank you all! You've been very helpful. I never even thought about looking at its relatives such as hibiscus.
