is there a way to bring a specific person to you without tampering with their free will? the polar opposite of a freezer spell basically

You could try figuring out what makes the freezer spell work and then adapt it into a sort of "warm up to me" spell. But you're going to be influencing them either way.

No there isn't. You want a specific person to do something you want then to do. You could argue they wanted to see you and the spell was a push in that direction but you really need to think logically. Spells cast to bring someone new [not specifically a certain person] into your life isn't seen as affecting free will since the spell will effect someone who is also wanting to meet someone new and you are both compatible.

You could try a honey jar spell, to sweeten someone up towards you

how about a spell that makes it seem like a coincidence that doesn't involve their mind at all? like they returned because something got cancelled as an example
