A few Penta-questions

Okay, so I have a star necklace that I want to cleanse and use in my magick. I'm just wondering if it's a pentagram or a pentacle, or is there any difference.

In case it's important, it looks like a five pointed star that people use to grade schoolwork, including not being made of straight lines. Kinda like the US Cellular logo, but all five lines.

If it is a "star" shape instead of a pentagram shape then it is technically a concave Decagon. If you want to use it in your magic though, I would feel free too.

Well, it's just that it's like a penta-whatever, only the lines are curved slightly. If you've ever seen the US Cellular thing, where it's four curved lines and it looks like a star, imagine there's a fifth and that's pretty much what it looks like. I just mentioned stars because I've been seeing them called that almost my whole life.

gosh words are hard

Also, it's more of a pentagram

Okay, then it's just a pentagram with curved lines? Then it would be fine to use as any normal pentagram in my opinion. Use it as you see fet. :)
