Vision

So recently I passed out and fell down some stairs ( still find it funny) when I was unconshouse I saw a vision I can't remember it tho but I think it could have been important is there a way I can try to see it again

You hit your head, so before trying to interpret anything, it's important that you see a doctor, specially if you were left unconscious for a while from the hit.

Loosing consciuness for any amount of time can be dangerous.

As for rememvering what you saw, did you try meditating?

It been a couple days now I'm fine haha
