Wound being a past trauma that has lingered inside you and made a home for it self. Obtain a cotton swab on a stick. Wooden. Think on your wound. Think on your blood. Your blood contains the helix which is you. It contains every experience. Prick your finger. Let out a drop of blood. Look it over. Know what it is. Waste a few drops because it's your blood and you can do with it what you will. Think on your wound. See yourself a frightened small thing next to its ugly dark shape. Touch the swab to your finger to soak a drop. Now see that frightened small thing and that ugly dark stuck fast in a bit of cotton. Hold up the swab. The wound won't rise up as above is the light. It will soak down and in looking for the dark. Chew off the end of the stick. Spit it out. Take a knife and make three slashes on the remainder of the stick. Above is light, below is a gnashing maw and sharp blade. Spit on the cotton. It is the frightened one now. Stick a clothes pin through the cotton. Throw it all in a fire. Keep the pin. It's symbolic of the power you wield.
You're welcome. And thank you. I do feel like perspective is the key to most all locks. Know thy self... a very difficult thing to come to know. But got give those shadowy, shapeless bits of yourself a name, a visage and they become a bit more tangible.
