I find meditation to help with astral projection, I'm confident someone has posted spells or videos for this on the website. Meditation is what works for me, you may find other ways to do so, but meditation seems easier for me. Hopefully this helps
There are several ways to try to leave the body conscious. There are indirect techniques, direct and the technique of awakening of consciousness during sleep. Look for a technique that best suits you and your needs, and do not forget to work your attention on the physical plane, this helps the issue of lucidity.
