Furthermore, Joss. Your bio lists your "abilities"; at least four of which are your "beliefs"!

Actually, tell me which four you mean, I probably just used the wrong word. I do that sometimes, because while I have full understanding of what magick can and can't do, I lack some of the vocabulary to back it up. Most likely, it was probably a vocabulary issue on my part and needs to be corrected.

I was correct in my earlier statment then, because (other that the past lives one, which I agree may go better under beliefs) Those were me not quite explaining what I meant properly.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I will make it a priority to correct my errors, so that no more confusion is caused.

I never understand why is the belief in mermaids seen so rubbish. If we are talking about a belief of mermaids as corporeal entities who lives in the sea then the idea is silly as well as biologically impossible.

But talking about them as incorporeal and subtle beings, they can be real as any other entity or deity.

Many a young girl does not want to merely "believe" in mermaids, as Deities or other "beings". They want to become real, live, mermaids; half fish, half woman". As responsible adults, what are we supposed to tell them? "Yes,go ahead! Dive into the nearest ocean and drown.". Or should we say,"You cannot become a mermaid! You will always be Human."

"Many young, and not so young, may believe in mermaids. I can say, that is not true."

This is the comment I was answering. While I understand your point and I agree that mermaids shouldn't be seen as corporeal creatures and worst to believe about the possiblity to become one.

My point is that as incorporeal creatures, they can be real as any other deity or entity, take it as a plus to your comment.

I agree this role playing is nonsense. One cannot simply defy the laws of physics and all other laws even with Magick. It is foolish to believe and pointless to try to get others to believe this. I agree a lot of them will grow out of this stage and many more will too with the proper redirection. We must serve as a guide to the misled and show them the proper path. Blessed Be.
