Astral projection

I was doing astral projection, the first time nothing happened so I tried again. My legs were a little heavy and the third time my legs were so heavy it literally hurt. Is that normal and why did it happen.

Well Astral Projection is projecting while your body in a state of total relaxation, while your mind is still mentally aware, now the feelings are different depending the person, I feel a sensation of tingling throughout my body, now your body will try everything to stay awake, especially if you are not physically tired. Now, reminder, sense your are not dead, your spirit has to detach itself from your body. I would suggest reading more about Astral Projection to help you gain some concept.

Kk, did that can project without pain now, was even able to during a car ride! Anyother info. would b helpfull tho.
