What is the best way to celebrate religious festivals? my family is Christian and my mom is the most religious - she takes Christianity very seriously. I want to celebrate my religious days in a way how she wont take offense. What is the best way to make her understand?

I often find that private celebrations are the best way to go, especially if your family is very religious. Maybe just lighting coloured candles that represent the festival, or cook something related the the festival that you can do without drawing too much attention to its meaning.

You can celebrate all Christian festivals! They were all once Pagan!

Yule--Christmas. Imbolc--feast of the circumcision. Ostara--Easter.
Beltane-- Queen of the May. Litha--Pentecost. Lammas--first harvest festival. Mabon--second harvest festival. Samhain--Holloween.
Then there are Holy Days, that became Holidays.Saint days, such as St Patrick's Day, St David's day,St Andrew's Day, St George's Day.
