Time travelling spells

So I have seen some spells on this site regarding time travel. I have a few questions about them. Have they actually worked, what are the consequences of them actually working and what are the precautionary steps to be taken before performing such spells? I am very much interested to know about this, thank you.

Time travel, backwards or forward, is impossible!

Fantasy spells that are on this site, are impossible.

Magic does not break the laws of the universe; thus spells to travel through time, physically change shape or appearance, throw fireballs, fly, and similar, are not possible.

Now seeing into the past, present, and future, that is possible.
