A spell is basically a ritual. It's something you pour your energy and intent into, in the hopes of getting a magical result.

There is some forums and articles on how to make a spell, spells can be simple or complex, either way. Also potions is like teas, oils, and so on.

Learn what is magic and the basics of magic before you start casting spells and look around in the articles, forums, or other websites to help you out.

You really should write something on your profile, about yourself, and what interests you. You are asking for a potion. There are hundreds of potions for different uses. Say what you want the potion for!

You are asking for anything that works. You might learn what it is you are asking for first. One does not cast a spell or make a potion for nothing. Intent is first. Get the recipe, and learn how to make it.
Learning what magick is will help you greatly. In forums, General Info section, read/study Basics Expanded and Starting Out.

Study the premises of magick. Such as energy, visualization etc. Magick is all about the belief of the user. Don't mix up things with fantasy such as summoning dragons. You also need to choose a path for yourself to study in.

I'm a beginner as well but, I've studied and I'm starting to become a expert at this.
