Would anyone know a simple love spell that I can perform on the full moon that requires very little items and that can be used by using a photo of something that you can attract something to another person.

its not really a love spell but a charm.
get cinnamon either stick or powder rub it into the photo chanting "love from you (name) will come to be, as I weave it so shall it be" tie up photo with red ribbon or string and keep on your person for a week or under your pillow until you see results. hope this helps

sorry forgot to mention while chanting keep close your eyes and hold a image of you two together ,chant and rub for as long as it feels done.

But what if they isn't a photo of the people I wish to bond together haven't taken a photo with each other. So would it be fine if I use a glue stick to glue the pictures along side each other?

sure, its mostly about intention and having that image be part of the spell

So I am curious if you want to attract love to yourself, a friend, or you wish to make someone fall in love with you. This would help with answering your question further.

You can cast a spell with just a photograph. You could theoretically write your wish in red ink then charge the picture with energy as you visualize the outcome. Very basic spell, you could chant the wish too if you want. You could also add more steps to it as well, whatever feels right to you.
