Writing your own spells

I have used spells that others have written, but I've also used my own spells. I'm pretty good at it, and the words just seem to flow out.

For instance, I just wrote a spell for my legal case, and I think it's really good. I am anxious to try it out, and it will be going into my Book of Shadows, final copy.

Does spell writing come easy to anyone else, or do most people use pre-written spells?

I find it really easy to pick apart spells/works from scripture. It's something I really enjoy doing.

I'm sort of in the middle there. I write my own things based upon the workings others have done. It helps me understand what items are used for what and how to write my own. A sort of foundation on which to build. I love reading pre-written spells because the author may have done things I never thought about before.

I do just like Voo, I like to see how other people's minds work in designing a spell or ritual, so I found this site.
