Is it possible to create storms? My friend says he could create a storm with his mind and I don't think that it's possible. Any suggestions?

Personally, I think it is possible to manipulate the weather to some extent, but to do massive amounts of energy are required, impossible for one person, perhaps a whole village headed by a good witch.

Sorry, Brising, I'm not silly. You know William Reich machines? He call it machine but it have no scientific basis or proof, just takes energy from ground and lifts it to the sky. This is the same rule. I don't claim can do it, cause I can't. Please, don't insult me again.
