going to a gym is good for your health. it can effect your chakras, but like wearing a specific colour, you need to be aware of what you are doing. putting on a blue shirt doesn't automatically charge your throat chakra unless you intentionally did so. exercise usually effects the root chakra, but different yoga positions and activities can effect the different chakras. what i do is i have my workout be for health, and my 5-10 minute cool down be for chakras and reflection. different yoga positions help stretch my muscles but can also effect the chakras. research what activities influence the chakra in question to come up with an exercise routine.
