Is it magic or effort

Hi,
How to know if the result you got is because of magic or your natural efforts? Lets say I want my ex back, so I was using some psichological techniques, I was changing myself to a better person so that my ex would be attracted to, ect. And at the same time I found a spell caster who casted a spell to stimulate his feelings which were forgoten (please don't judge me for that, it was silly). I am not sure if that spell casted actually did the job or it was a scam. And after a while my ex wants a relationship with me, but I can relate it with my actions without any magic (just knowing human's psichological principle) and it seams logical. So is there any signs how to know is this because of spell or no?

But as I heard almost all spell casters say the energy circle must be closed, so they do it buy money, you get something and you have to loose something for that (e.g money).

Yes, but I know she is real caster known in my country. But somehow I had feeling I could't trust her. There's some details of how it was: At first she did a cards reading and showed all in a bad way (which was unbelievable to me (some things from the past and present)) then she suggested a ritual, I refused, then she told more bad things. But other day I decided to order that ritual. So it is strange that she offered when I didn't even ask, and guaranteed it will definately work.

Thank you for responses :) well you know, now when I got result it would be nicer to know that it is because of my efforts. Now I understand when everybody is telling to think a lot before casting, feels like cheating. Hope all will go well :)

Ralefa, the method you describe is typical of many scammers. Of course she gave you a reading about bad things, that's to get you ready to listen when she told you she could do a ritual to fix stuff for you. And when you refused she just told you more things to soften you up. And it worked, you gave her money.

She promised her ritual was guaranteed to work. That in itself is a red flag as no one can promise that the magic will work 100% of the time. Magic isn't quite that predictable. No spell will work everytime. There are too many factors that could influence the spell negatively.

In all likelihood she took your money and never did any spell at all.
