Why don't you try green tea. Slows metabolism. Chamomile tea is good for sleeplessness. Elderflower tea is good for common cold. Lemon balm helps when you are stressed. Ginger tea is for nausea. Peppermint is best for bloat. These are few thinks I know

Peppermint? Peppermint is a manufactured substance extracted from Water Mint.Usually sold as a cordial.I suppose you could add hot water to some of the cordial, but would that be a tea? You cannot buy Peppermint as a leaf!

My mistake. You can buy Peppermint as a leaf. But it is a Hybrid, a cross between Water Mint and Spearmint, and difficult to grow. But it is usually sold as a cordial.

If you're looking for something simple that you could grow yourself, one of my favorites is Spearmint, Dandelion, and Violet flowers. :) its earthy and delicious as an iced tea

Catnip is good for warm or hot drinking. Sassafras tea is also very good with a little honey. Yellow root tea is bitter but good for mouth sores and stomach problems. Wild black berry and raspberry leaves with a little honey is very refreshing. For a cough try mullin cherry bark black pine needle and honey. It is very soothing and tastes great. Spice wood tea with lemon, also dog wood berries and wild rose hips a power punch of vitamin c. I could go on and on.
