Over 4 years, and you claim you are just beginner? Have you studied anything? You are your best teacher, but no problem with asking questions. Many will help, but not teach. There is so much info here. Just start looking around. There is a forum section all about Wicca. Basics and Starting Out can be found in the General Info section of forums. Good lick and good reading!

Angelic, it is going to be very difficult for you to find someone who will teach you Wicca until you turn 18. Here in the USA it is illegal for anyone to interfere in the religious upbringing of a minor without the consent of the parents. Someone who took you as a student could end up in jail or with hefty fines.
That being said, there are lots of good resources out there that you could start with on your own until you turn 18. Check out the stickied threads in the Wicca Forum, particularly the thread "Main Wicca Posts" at http://www.spellsofmagic.com/read_post.html?post=580909
I've been a practicing Wiccan for over 30 years, and while I cannot take you on as a student I am always willing to answer specific questions about Wicca or point you at good resources to learn more.
Yeppers, need to agree with Lark here. I can offer ASSISTANCE, but I cannot tell you that I will "teach" you anything, because, laws aside, let's face the truth: everyone is on their own journey throughout life, my friend. What comes to you may not come to someone else, and so forth.
Here's what I would do if I were in your shoes. Go to amazon and pick up a couple of super-cheap books on spell-casting, Wicca, and the like. (We're talking a couple of bucks a pop, here, nothing major). Play around and experiment. Have fun with it! If you get in a bind, post something here on the forum. You'll have plenty of folks ready to help you! But start by yourself. It really is the only way to truly learn.
