Im a palmist and tarot reader in my spare time (I dont charge much) and dont charge my closest friends at all. I have 20 years exp. and do full readings on facebook on palmistry and and tarot. Can any other witches give me advice on conserving energy ? Readings are exhausting!!!

Centering exercises will help you with conserving energy- the purpose of centering is to regroup energies that have been scattered. Here's a few plucked off the first search results:

  • http://www.joanborysenko.com/mind-body-balance/stress-reduction/centering-exercise-circle-breathing/
  • https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=05TwQ6OYXW0 (video)

Alternatively (or in conjunction with centering exercises), there are some stones that may help you. Try clear quartz, moldavite, hematite, amethyst or any other appropriate stone you can get your hands on.

Drink a red bull and perform the Kabbalistic Cross. You probably know it already, but here is the ritual anyway. http://www.sophian.org/kabbalistic_cross.html

I suggest building shells to keep your energy inside of you and also to help direct it.( I can send you some articles on this if you want) I also find that meditating in between sessions can help immensely.
Drinking energy-filled tea feels great and helps sustain me when I do back-toback scrying sessions. Honey is probably one of my favorite ingredients to put into it.

Hope I've helped a little bit :)
