Is there any meditation or banishing spell that i can do to direct my emotions to more important things rather than, pondering and lamenting over somethings that are hurtful and difficult to be forgetten. Essentially something that helps in changing focus for quite a long time to forget about past.
I too find meditation to be very rewarding when I find myself dwelling on the negative.
Sometimes if I find the negativity to be 'too strong' or it overcomes my thoughts I look for guided meditations online. Sometimes having a voice to begin the meditation process and 'take you' where you need to go mentally is a great start. From there I am brought to a more relaxed state of mind to continue my meditation period.
