So I've been meditating for about two years now :).
My friend and a few people she knows say that a good way to meditate is naked, and I was wondering if that's true. I know it can make you less self conscious about yourself, but are there any real benefits? Has anyone had any experience with it? I am still not sure I should try it yet...

Maybe it is something to do with the build up to meditation. Personally I cannot meditate as part of day to day life, I have to do things that remove myself from my normal life and make it more special.

It could be that it is the act of altering mundane life can allow for easier meditation.

Strictly a matter of individual preference and what works best for each person. What works well for me might be something completely different that what works well for you. Only way to know is to try it for yourself and see if it helps. If it does, use it. If it doesn't, discard it. That's really all there is to that story.
