preferably without candles and ingredients.

This is actually probably the best suggestion and question you have so far. You won't be able to write exactly everything you want and have it manifest, but it could be plausible spell work to charge the book with the manifestation of your will so that when you write in it, you're basically writing spells into action. I'd be careful of the words you write, however, as they have their own energies.

Some basic tips -

  • Don't write anything too specific or too vague. You want your intent clear and concise because too many restrictions can prevent the spell from manifesting and too few restrictions can kind of just dissipate the energy with nothing happening.
  • Don't write anything that will break the laws of physics. You could, but you wouldn't get any results.
  • If a spell doesnt' manifest right away, don't be alarmed. They work in ways we don't always see sometimes.
  • Even legitimate spells don't always work 100% of the time.
  • You have the capability of manifesting your will. But so does literally everything and everyone else, so you have to be conscious that your will is but a drop of water in the currents of the great, cosmic ocean.
  • Once you are done with a spell, you can choose to keep it for archiving sake (though you'd be keeping around the energy and that can become stagnant) or you can take the page out and burn, soak, or bury it (for this I suggest a grade of paper that decomposes well - also, you would not have any record of the spell unless you wrote a note of it elsewhere).
