First of all, it's all about taking in energy about you, I will get yelled at for this, but you are constantly absorbing energy, from food, from air, from whatever gives your physical energy. They call it your energy, you can use it to cast magick, which unlike fantasy magic, which is big burst of light and sound, magick is subtle, using nature. You can also pull energy in with what I call a Focus, it doesn't work a lot, but you can also pull in energy from deities(gods). The more powerful the god, the better chance the magick will work. Then there's your own energy, if you run out of absorbed or collected energy, you will ebb away at your personal energy, which isn't too good. You can also move energy into stones or other objects. Materials will increase your magick or allow the spell to go off. You need all the materials, the spells usually will backfire and cause more harm than help. Also use a cleansed stone, you can find multiple spell on how to do that.

This site is not a spell book anymore, it's a library of spells, there are to many spells for anybody to take the time to cast. Covens of magick users are common, and all magick works (unless it's a transformation or physical change spell.)
Hope this clears things up, I know there a re people on here that disagree with me about the magick.
Why would people yell at you? Maybe I don't 100% agree with your view, but you did point out what magick is and is not. And yes, the energy known as 'magick' can be found in many places. The way I see it is there's three types of energy, electric that we use to power our appliances, the energy in our bodies we use to go about the day, and magickal energy used in spells and found everywhere. We can use the energy in our bodies for a spell but this would make us weak and sick because we typically have enough energy to go through the day, extra energy for spells should come from the world around us.
